A day of workshops with Susan Bianchi & Phylinda Moore

A restorative day to reconnect with your body, your creativity, and the powerful wisdom and supportive energy exchanged when we work on and with each other.

Ki-Hara Mashing | 10:00am–12:00pm
The morning begins with Ki-Hara Mashing where you will learn and apply the bodywork technique called Mashing, a technique done with our feet to release and restore muscles, fascia, and overall health.

Joy Flowers Art Workshop | 2:30pm–4:30pm
The afternoon features Joy Flowers, a creative art workshop focused on expression, presence, and well-being. No prior art experience needed. All supplies are included.

Ki-Hara Mashing + Joy Flowers | 10:00am–4:30pm
Morning bodywork and afternoon art workshop. Full day of reconnection for body and creativity.

During the lunch break (12-2:30pm), participants can optionally join a soundbath for $25 (12:30-1:45pm), offering a deeply restorative pause before the afternoon session.

You may register for one workshop or stay for the full day.

Phylinda Moore is a certified Ki-Hara Master Trainer, Pilates, and Yoga Instructor with 25 years of experience. She is also an artist and writer.
